Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were large, roomy, and incredibly comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the mountains from the south-facing window. Everything was great - comfortable, clean, and very spacious. The service was top-notch, with incredibly helpful and efficient staff. The location was unbeatable, being in the center of everything, making it super convenient to access all the attractions in LODO. The dining experience was excellent, particularly the delicious breakfast offered every day. Overall, a fantastic value for money with superb amenities.
I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfy. However, the construction noise outside was a bit bothersome and the light rail added to the noise level.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were big and had a great mountain view, already ready upon arrival, clean, with comfy beds and pillows, and equipped with a good amount of towels. The spacious room offered a nice view of the rocky mountains. However, the service was not as responsive as expected for a high-priced property, and lacked helpfulness when inquiring about public transportation to downtown Denver.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful with a nice view, but it wasn't properly cleaned, and the temperature was too warm regardless of adjusting the thermostat. The service was exceptional, with cheerful and quick staff, though I did have a minor issue with attentiveness in one instance. The location was great, close to shopping and dining, perfect for the event I attended at the clock tower. The dining experience left something to be desired, with a limited selection and slightly overpriced food. Overall, it was a decent stay with some drawbacks to consider.
